Terms of Service
Customer Privacy: Shenmiren takes reasonable measures to protect customer's privacy. Shenmiren will not make available customer's information or data to any third party, with the exception of billing information for the processing of Shenmiren payments. At this time all sensitive billing information is handled purely via secure trusted third party payment processors, no credit or other sensitive information is stored on any Shenmiren servers.
Not-to-Renew Requests: Customer accounts will be automatically rebilled on a monthly payment cycle unless customer requests a cancellation of service. Customer may contact sales regarding a request to cancel prior to their next billing period or choose to terminate their subscription with Shenmiren payment processors.
Non-Payment: Any account that becomes delinquent will be placed in a removal que. Notification emails regarding billing failures will be sent to any admin and billing email addresses on file - failure to reply within 48 hours will result in final termination.
Management & Backup of Data: Customer is solely responsible for the management and backup of all customer data, and all updates, upgrades, patches etc.
Acceptable Use: Use of Shenmiren services to send SPAM is strictly forbidden. Housing of Denial of Service bots/drones, running malicious software, attempting to disrupt networks or services, or any other illegal activity is strictly forbidden. Violation of any of these terms is grounds for account termination.
By accepting these terms of service, customer indemnifies Shenmiren of all responsibility for customer actions or result thereof. Shenmiren reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service at its discretion. Shenmiren servers are unmanaged and recommended for experienced users or those with their own admins.
